The bungalows at One&Only Aesthesis still have their fireplaces and outdoor showers: you find yourself heading back there happily, salt-crusted. Out at sea, the Attica Coastal Discovery sets course for Aegina and Moni, with swimming, a picnic and a stop at the Temple of Poseidon. Another morning, "Archaeologist for a Day" takes you to the late Roman digs: hands in the dirt. At Ora, the cooking brings Greece and Italy together, while Alelia showcases olives and herbs around its central tree.
