The staff, suite, breakfast and lounge were superb. A beautiful property with exceptional staff.
We had a delightful stay in an upgraded suite. As the weather changed the fireplace was used constantly. Room service and amenities were perfect. Housekeeping came to our rescue when we inadvertently turned on the "no service" light, left for the day, and returned to a room needing immediate clean up before our guests came for champagne. The Ritz covered all the details well and met all our expectations, even in a bit of a crisis. Well done!
