We create all of our dishes as a team and we work on it until we think it's perfect for our guests. But even then, the dish still has not reached its final point. Each dish will nonetheless further develop over the course of time with the feedback of our guests and our experiences on how to make it even better.
One of the most renowned chefs in Vienna today, Silvio Nickol's humble beginnings make his success story even more impressive. Discovering his passion for cooking when he was just seven years old, Silvio would nourish this love for good food by working for some of the most incredible Michelin-starred chefs in the world. In 2007, Silvio would get the opportunity to head his own restaurant, which would later earn him 2 Michelin stars, and since 2011, he is the Executive Chef at Palais Coburg's gourmet restaurant, now one of Austria's finest gastronomic addresses.
On this Lartisien-exclusive immersion, you will have the opportunity to cook together with Chef Silvio Nickol, preparing his signature dish, followed by a tasting accompanied by champagne and wine. After this, you will be guided to the Wine Cellar by one of the sommeliers at Palais Coburg for a tasting of 3 wines.
