Excellent beautiful well maintained place of tranquility and beauty

The domaine and its infrastructure is very good. The castle with the different salons, hobby-room in the attic of the castle, Thermal area in the cellar is just wonderful. The room in the tower was very good. What is lacking is the service from the staff. The hotel is missing a soul. No motivated staff, not very welcoming.
