All fine thank you. Two observations. The pricing is getting ridiculous such that I will probably no longer automatically book Grande Bretagne without considering other options. I don't wish to have any favoured recognition but I have to wonder why hotels (this one is not alone) take and presumably keep personal data (am wrong there) and not use it. My wife and I have stayed at the Grande Bretagne on a number of occasions and so to be asked at reception on arrival 'is this your first visit to the hotel' suggests a lack of customer awareness which is not good for a service business.
