Co-founder of Lartisien, Rouslan Lartisien is passionate about the hospitality industry and its intersection with digital technology and innovation. After a few years of experience in finance, acquired at Duff & Phelps, he joined his brother with one goal in mind: To bring that breath of fresh air to the world of luxury travel, thanks to the strategic use of state-of-the-art technology.
Lartisien is, above all else, a story of people passionate about excellence. Ivan et Rouslan Lartisien brought together some of the greatest minds in the hospitality industry and around them is a wealth of know-how, professional curiosity and a love for creating unique travel experiences, unforgettable moments and one of a kind memories.

After starting her career in the Lartisien events department, Louise du Boislouveau developed the company's first product, Immersion. She actively participated in the growth and expansion of our digital strategy with the creation of documentaries on luxury travelling. In 2021, she was entrusted with the responsibilities of overseeing the marketing direction of the group.

Former Director of Sales at the legendary Four Seasons Hotel George V and later the Director of Sales & Marketing at the Mandarin Oriental, Paris, Julia Bary joined us in 2017 as the General Manager of Lartisien, the subsidiary of Lartisien in charge of group bookings and event planning.

Passionate about innovation, Christophe Maloungila is a graduate of Operational Research from the Paris Dauphine University. He joined Lartisien in 2018 with the mission to maintain and further develop our cutting-edge technology after 18 years of experience in software engineering.

Formerly the Director of Human Resources for Cartier, North America, Catherine Chaubeau joined Lartisien in 2017, in charge of positioning the company as a premier brand in the realm of luxury travel.

After a brilliant career at Accor and 13 years in finance, Julie Rosello joined Lartisien in 2020 with the mission to set up new processes and support the company's growth.
Born in Madagascar, Jessica began her career in the operational departments of the Oberoi group. In 2016, she joined the Event Department at Lartisien to participate in the planning of exceptional experiences for luxury brands. An adept of flawless logistics, Jessica is an essential pillar within the department.
Fascinated by the world of travel for as long as she can remember, Sonia joined the Lartisien family in 2017 after more than ten years with the Oberoi Group. She is in charge of our Ambassador clients for the English market, putting all her enthusiasm and experience at the service of our most loyal club members.
She was the first employee of our Mauritius office when it opened in 2011. Today she manages the Client Services team, with the aim to always strive for excellence in the assistance we provide to our club members.

In charge of selecting the new partner hotels to add to our collection while also establishing with them a relationship of trust, Lionel Guirard is passionate about everything hospitality. He works with our partners on a daily basis to ensure the most successful collaborations.
Mascot of the Paris office since his arrival in 2020, Raymond has had a sweet life! When not sleeping, he eats or licks the handbags of his colleagues. It is said that the presence of animals makes for great morale in the workplace. We can confirm that it is indeed true !
